The Future of Collaboration: A New Model for Connection
Land Steward Alliance Workshop with Zach Anderson
This coming week, I’m thrilled to be hosting a workshop for the Land Steward Alliance with Zach Anderson, a leader in decentralized collaboration. Zach’s work in governance, community design, and cooperative models has reshaped how teams and projects organize and thrive. As the Head of Community at Ecovilla San Mateo in Costa Rica and co-founder of Coordinape, he’s pioneering new ways for people to collaborate, compensate, and build together.
In this session, Zach will share:
✅ Insights from designing regenerative communities
✅ Lessons from his work with decentralized teams
✅ Practical strategies for fostering collaboration and trust
If you’re building a land-based project, working within a collective, or simply exploring new ways to organize and connect, this is a great chance to learn from someone at the forefront of innovative governance and collaboration. As always, I will recap key take aways, and share clips in my Newsletters and Substack.
Also if you’re interested in the subject matter of interdependence, resilience, and coherence with a group - I always point to a resource resource from Leap Forward’s founder Ronit Herzfeld that has helped me a lot, and hope that it benefits you.
The Land Steward Alliance is where we gather monthly as a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from Project Founders, to Architects and Builders, Non-Profits and Investors alike—supporting one another in this journey of building thriving, resilient projects and lives. If you want to be part of these conversations, come join us.
To your thriving vision,
Ed
